Worst Facility i ever faced in Mayajaal at Chennai.

Movie time: 9.45 pm
Seat Number: C3, C4.
Screen Name: Screen 4
Ticket Cost: 140/ head
Yesterday i just booked 2 tickets at Mayajaal to watch the Ko movie. We just reached place early and we found that the parking ticket cost is increased from Rs.10 to Rs.20. But we adjusted, because our cost of living is increased in Chennai.
We reached the screen by 9.40 and waited for few minutes to enter the Mayajaal screen 4. After some time, a guy came and allowed all of us to take there seats. While entering the screen 4, i just felt like its very cool. Because the split A/c near the entrance seems to be working fine. And i just had my thermal wear to adjust my body temperature.
Hmmmm.. Ko movie started. After 20 minutes, me and my friend, felt like A/C seems to be not enough. We just felt like sweating. Our back side is fully drowned with sweat and we found that the room temperature is crossing 25°. We just left the room temperature problem and continued watching the Ko movie.
Interval came, me and my friend came out and searched for the mayajaal theater manager. Guys who are working the stalls told like, all left sir!!!.
No one is there to manage the problem. We just felt to screw the guy who is managing the theater. And the guys who is working in the stalls treated like; "we are beggars, they are owners". I asked is the way to treat the people. We left the place and finally we got the manager/ some higher authority number to inform out the problem
we got two numbers:

9840379667: We heard a engaged tone, because a guy behind us calling the guy and informed the A/C problem at Mayajaal Screen 4. We just waited for the guy to finish his call. And we asked what happened to that Guy? He told it will be rectified in 10 minutes.
Then my friend called the second number at 11.16 pm and informed the A/C problem. The higher authority replied the same, as he mentioned earlier to the guy who called before us.
We just entered the screen 4 and continued to watch the movie. In 10 minutes, the higher authority called back us and informed that we rectified the problem. I started to watch the room temperature beside the movie.
Oh my God!!! I told, What the F--K is happening, room temperature crossed 28°.
we just spent Rs.140/head to watch the movie with sweating. Is this good. Instead of spending Rs.140 at mayajaal, it's worth to watch in any "C" Class theaters.
The worst and the deadliest ugly thing which i ever faced.
I want to ask one question to the managing peoples at mayajaal.
You guys not even have the time to handle one single issue for a screen, then how the F--k you guys going to take care of 16 screens.
